About this policy
Everfolio is operated by Legacy Media Enterprises LLC (“Everfolio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy covers our website, workshop applications and scheduling, email and text communications, and information you send us for support.

Information you provide
Our workshop application asks for your first and last name, email address, phone number, household net worth range, and how you manage your wealth.
We receive the information you include in messages to us and in scheduling forms. Please send only what we need to answer your request. Avoid sending account passwords, full account numbers, Social Security numbers, or identity documents through a general contact form or email.
Website and device information
Website hosting and embedded services may process technical information such as an IP address, browser and device details, pages requested, and timestamps. Cookies and similar technologies can support site functions or measure use, depending on the tools enabled.
How we use information
We use application details to process your request, assess workshop fit, direct you to the appropriate next step, and communicate about your application. We use contact details to respond to questions and provide requested information. Where you have opted in, we use your contact details for the marketing communications described at signup.
The application currently uses your household net worth range to determine fit for the workshop. This routing helps organize workshop applications. You can contact us to correct an answer or resubmit an application if there was an error.
We may also use information to maintain the service, investigate misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. Any materially different use should be disclosed before it begins, with consent where required.
Service providers and other disclosures
We use providers to support website hosting, forms, scheduling, communications, and related operations. They receive the information needed for the services they perform for us. We may disclose information when legally required, to protect rights and safety, with your direction, or in connection with a business transaction subject to applicable privacy requirements.
Text message privacy
If you choose to supply your phone number, we use your phone number to send marketing messages. You can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You can also contact ryan@everfolio.com.
We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS consent records, or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. We may provide this information to service providers that deliver messages or support the program on our behalf. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
AI Agents and information you choose to share
Everfolio’s AI Agents System and working materials run on the platform you choose, including on your own computer. Everfolio does not host the agents or the working OS and does not have access to information you enter into those agents. The privacy terms of your chosen AI platform also apply to its processing.
If you choose to use independent software or platforms that Everfolio recommends or demonstrates, the information you enter, upload, or connect is governed by that provider’s terms of service and privacy policy, together with applicable law. Everfolio does not control the provider’s collection, use, storage, sharing, or deletion of that information. A recommendation does not give us access to your account or control over the data you submit there. Review the provider’s policies and settings before sharing information, and direct requests about that platform’s handling of your data to the provider. This is separate from providers that process information on Everfolio’s behalf, as described above.
Documents or information you voluntarily send to Everfolio for private support take a separate path and may enter our support systems. Remove unnecessary personal information before sharing.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or maintain necessary consent and suppression records. Relevant factors include the type of information, the relationship with you, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. We delete information when requested.
Your choices and privacy requests
Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email to stop those emails, or reply STOP to a marketing text. Requests relating to an active registration or support issue may still require non-marketing communications. You can ask us to correct your details or explain our use of your information by emailing ryan@everfolio.com.
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information; withdraw consent; object to or restrict processing; or opt out of certain uses. Some laws also provide appeal rights or allow an authorized agent to act for you. We may need to verify a request and will explain any applicable exception. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
International visitors
Our contact address is in the United States. The countries in which providers process personal information depend on the services used. Contact us with questions about your information or international processing.
Children
Our services are intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact ryan@everfolio.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
