The terms for using Everfolio’s website and educational services.

Who these terms cover
These Terms of Service govern use of the Everfolio website and the educational services that reference them. Everfolio is operated by Legacy Media Enterprises LLC (“Everfolio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), 7901 4th St N, STE 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA. Contact us at ryan@everfolio.com.
By accepting these terms where presented, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not register for or use the services governed by them. Additional terms may apply to a specific program or purchase and will be presented before you enroll. Those specific terms control a direct conflict for that program or purchase.
Education and professional advice
Everfolio provides education, AI Agents, and community for people building and operating a Micro Family Office. We do not manage money or sell investment or insurance products. Our educational materials provide general information and do not replace financial, investment, tax, or legal advice specific to your circumstances.
Everfolio contracts with professionals to provide guidance to members through group calls and one-on-one calls, as included in the applicable program. The scope of a professional’s guidance, including any individualized advice, depends on their qualifications, licensing, engagement terms, and applicable law.
Membership or attendance at a call does not, by itself, establish an ongoing professional-client relationship. Any such relationship and related confidentiality or fiduciary duties depend on the services provided, the circumstances, applicable engagement terms, and the law. Before relying on individualized advice or requesting implementation, confirm with the professional the scope of the engagement, who is responsible for the work, and any separate fees. Nothing in these terms limits professional duties or protections required by law.
Some professionals who contract with Everfolio also operate their own businesses. If you choose to engage a professional or their business separately for services outside your Everfolio program, that engagement is directly between you and that professional or business and is separate from Everfolio. For that engagement, the professional acts on behalf of their own business and is not acting as an agent or representative of Everfolio. Everfolio is not a party to that separate agreement. You and the professional are responsible for agreeing on the services, fees, confidentiality terms, and other conditions of the engagement. Those services are not included in your Everfolio membership unless your program terms expressly say otherwise.
Group calls involve other participants. Avoid sharing sensitive personal, financial, or legal information in a group setting. Before sharing sensitive information in a one-on-one call, confirm who will have access and whether the session will be recorded.
You make your own decisions and work with appropriately licensed professionals on advice and implementation specific to your circumstances. Rules and personal circumstances change. Verify current requirements before filing, buying, selling, or forming anything. Examples and educational tools do not promise returns, tax savings, or any other result.
Eligibility and information you provide
Provide accurate contact and application information and update it when needed. Only submit information you have the right to share. If you receive account access, protect your credentials and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. A workshop application does not guarantee admission, a seat, or acceptance into a paid program.
Permitted use and our materials
Subject to the terms of your enrollment, you may use materials we make available to you for your own learning and internal operation of your household’s Micro Family Office. Everfolio and its licensors retain their intellectual property rights in the website, curriculum, templates, recordings, branding, and other materials.
Do not resell, publicly redistribute, or publish paid or access-restricted materials without written permission. Do not remove rights notices, share accounts outside your permitted access, bypass access controls, or use our materials to offer a competing training product. These terms do not remove rights or exceptions that applicable law gives you.
Conduct and content you submit
Use the services lawfully. Do not harass others, upload malicious code, disrupt access, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual property rights, or disclose someone else’s confidential information without permission. Do not use the community to solicit investments or give the impression that Everfolio endorses your professional services.
You retain ownership of content you submit. To operate the feature through which you submit it, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, and display that content to its intended audience. This permission is limited to providing and supporting that feature. It does not authorize us to use your name, image, private documents, or statements in advertising without separate permission.
A community post may be visible to other members. Private support submissions are handled separately. We may remove content or restrict access for violations, security concerns, or legal requirements. Copyright complaints are addressed in our DMCA Policy.
AI Agents and third-party tools
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Review calculations, sources, assumptions, and drafts before relying on them. You remain responsible for decisions and for obtaining professional advice where needed.
Everfolio may recommend or demonstrate third-party software, AI platforms, and other tools. If you choose to use them, your use and the information you enter, upload, or connect are governed by that provider’s terms of service and privacy policy, together with applicable law. Review those terms and the platform’s privacy, security, sharing, retention, and AI-training settings before submitting information.
Everfolio does not operate or control those independent platforms or how their providers process your data. A recommendation does not give us access to your account or the ability to secure, retrieve, or delete information you submit there. Direct platform account or data requests to the provider. Information you separately share with Everfolio, and services we use to process information on our behalf, remain covered by our Privacy Policy and applicable obligations.
Everfolio’s AI Agents operate on the platform you choose. We do not host the agents or your working OS. The provider’s terms, privacy policy, fees, and technical limits apply when you use our materials on an external platform.
Links, embeds, guest speakers, and third-party services are provided for their stated purpose. Their inclusion does not make Everfolio responsible for their advice or establish a guarantee about their services.
Workshops, purchases, and cancellations
The registration page or order terms describe the price, included materials, dates, access period, and any applicable cancellation or refund policy. Review those terms before enrolling. These general terms do not create an automatic renewal, a non-refundable purchase, or a specific refund promise.
SMS terms
If you separately opt in to Everfolio text messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts at the number you provide, including workshop reminders and offers as described at signup. Consent is optional and is not a condition of applying or purchasing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to cancel. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for help or email ryan@everfolio.com. Tell us if you give up or change the number you enrolled. Message delivery depends on your carrier and network conditions; delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages to the extent permitted by law.
Our Privacy Policy explains how phone numbers and consent information are handled. Opting out of marketing texts does not cancel a purchase or workshop registration.
Availability, warranties, and liability
We aim to provide useful materials and working services, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free content. To the extent allowed by law, the services are provided as available, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You are responsible for evaluating how educational information applies to your circumstances. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it, including non-waivable consumer rights.
Suspension, changes, and disputes
We may suspend access when reasonably needed to address a material violation, unlawful activity, or a security risk. Where practical and appropriate, we will explain the issue and provide a way to contact us. Refund and cancellation rights remain subject to the applicable order terms and law.
We may update these terms. We will identify the effective date and provide notice or seek renewed acceptance where required. Changes will not retroactively remove rights that have already accrued.

General provisions and contact
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent allowed by law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the ability to enforce it later. These terms and any applicable program terms describe the agreement for the covered services.
